The Landmark Hotel

The Landmark Hotel, which occupies the top part of the Landmark III Building, is a highly individualized five-star boutique hotel offering 71 guest rooms, 25 suites and 12 apartments. All rooms have high ceilings, an abundance of natural light and floor-to-ceiling windows provide views of the city skyline or the Caspian Sea. Each room is decorated in warm earth tones and has authentic works by Azeri artists. Rooms feature complimentary high speed internet access and Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV, DVD player and electronic safe. Local phone calls are complimentary. Oversized bathrooms feature heated floor, wash-let, deep bathtub and a separate walk-in rain-shower.

The Landmark Health Club

The Landmark Health Club occupies 2,500 square meters on the 9th and 10th floors of Landmark III. Floor-to-ceiling windows provide lots of natural light and breathtaking views of Baku and the Caspian Sea from every part of the facility. The Health Club features a state-of-the-art gymnasium including cardiovascular and strength training equipment, boxing, spinning, and a lounge and juice bar. Equipment is by Technogym, Maxicam and LeMond. The 28 meter long “sky pool” is maintained at a comfortable 27° to 28° degrees Celsius. A south facing terrace for sunbathing adjoins the pool area. A sauna, steam room and 3 treatment rooms are available. Aerobics, yoga and dance classes are provided on most days. One-to-one personal training is available to members and guests. The Health Club features a golf simulator for up to 4 players.
