Sadarak District Court

Sadarak District Court hears cases related to civil, criminal, administrative offenses and other cases within the territory of Sadarak district as a court of first instance.Sadarak District Court has been functioning since May 1993 and its jurisdiction covers Sadarak district’s territory. Its previous name was Sadarak District People’s Court.Sadarak District Court is located in the administrative center of Sadarak district – in an administrative building specifically built for the court in Heydarabad settlement. The court building which has been constructed in line with modern standards condition the high status of the court. The building was commissioned on 18 June 2008.
