The company "Sahliyali", commenced its activity in 1996 as a major meat supplier in the market of Azerbaijan. During the next three years, first sausage workshop was established on the basis of the company, meat assortment of which has been represented by several kinds of sausage. Special stress, first of all, was made on the quality and uniqueness of the sausages.
Years were passing, the market was developing, assortment of meat products was expanding, company's products have gained the trust of consumers. The company required constant development, but it was extremely difficult to do so by means of outdated technology. Therefore, priority of the management of the company at that period was the policy of modernization of equipment and improvement of the quality of products.
In 2009, a brand new enterprise with two production lines was constructed on the outskirts of Khirdalan, which independently performed entire process of processing, from the processing of meat, sausages and delicatessen production to shipment of finished products under order of separate consumer.
Based on a modern processing facility from "SCHALLER", leading Austrian manufacturer, combining the highest standards of hygiene and strict laboratory examination, have taken "Sahliyali" to market leaders. All the leading specialists of the company have passed full training in Europe and have been fully prepared to start writing a new chapter in the history of the company. There was a complete re-branding of products; products not only changed the packaging design, but also significantly improved their taste.
In the same year, the plant has successfully launched a line for production of certified products under "1000 bereket - Halal Nemet" brand, and facility for production of dairy products was opened in 2011 on the territory of the enterprise.
