Sahil is glamorous bar and restaurant spread over 700 M2 on the first floor of the building. The brand identity, culinary concept and interior design have been inpired by the coastline of Baku and the surrounding Caspian regions, expressed in a refined, layered cosmopolitan style blending rich materials and contemporary aestethics that wouldnt look out of place in new York or Paris.The design team has created a sophisticated but relaxed ambiance using a colour palette of cool blue and soft silver leathers, in rich textures of sturgeon, pearch and caviar. The warm, elegant space is surrounded by rich ebony macassar, limed oak flooring, sculpted carpets and iridecent pearl mosaics, all combined to create a fresh and cosy atmosphere of comfortable luxury.
