Neftchala District Court hears cases related to civil, criminal, administrative offenses and other cases within the territory of Neftchala district as a court of first instance.Neftchala District Court was established on 20 April 1974. It functioned previously under the name Neftchala District People’s Court. Since September 2000, it has been functioning as Neftchala District Court. Neftchala district in which Neftchala District Court operates was created in 1973.
