LIB Language Center officially started its activities in 2010 and taught more than 20000 students to speak English, Russian and German languages. Our classes are aimed at the development of speaking skills in a short period of time. The grammatical information you need to talk, conversation, new words and materials to develop writing and listening skills are taught.
