A.Heydarov Training Center History

The beginning of initial preparation of ordinary structure of police concerns to July of 1920 year. At this time employment{occupations} were carried out{spent} on 4 week rates. Further rates of preparation of ordinary and younger commanding structure proceeded in different items{points}.In the beginning of 1970 year rates on preparation of ordinary and younger commanding structure have been prolonged to the period till 1-2 months. For perfection of vocational training of employees of police in 1974 in structure of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic began to operate separate school on preparation of ordinary and average commanding structure of police which in 1985 began to operate as the Educational Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In 1997 to the Educational Center the name of former Minister of Internal Affairs of the Azerbaijan Republic A.N.Heydarov has been appropriated{given}. In December, 1988 the status of school on preparation of ordinary and average commanding structure of police which operates on present{true} time has been given to the Educational Center.The primary goal which faces to school, is initial preparation for the first time the given an employment employees of bodies of police. That again given an employment employees of police have mastered necessary professional skills at performance of the service debt, the rate of initial preparation is determined by term in 4 months. During 4 months on special themes 588 hours training course is taught young police employees. At the end of study with cadets 40 hours practical employment{occupations} are carried out{spent}. On the other hand for increase of vocational training of employees of police at school rates of retraining and improvement of professional skill are organized. Term of employment{occupation} in these rates is determined 2 weeks.At school perfection of educational-methodical preparation is constantly carried out {constantly spent}, the best practices of the educational centers of foreign countries are studied and takes root into practice.
