Goychay District Court

Goychay District Court hears cases related to civil, criminal, administrative offenses and other cases within the territory of Goychay district as a court of first instance.Goychay District Court was created in 1920. The previous name of the court was Goychay District People’s Court. Goychay district in which Goychay District Court operates was created in 1930. Goychay district shares borders with Aghdash, Ujar, I smayilli, Kurdemir, Gabala districts. The area of the district is 736 000 sq km, and it has a population of 180 thousand. There are 39 refugees and 1924 internally displaced persons settled in Goychay district.
