FAVORIT Travel was founded in 2002 by a group of specialists highly experienced in air-industry to meet demands of local and foreign companies in the sphere of business and individual tourism.Both in Azerbaijan and outside of it the Company has established business relations with partners in all spheres relating to travel industry, such as Airlines, Embassies, Hotels, Insurance companies, etc., that allows offering our customers a wide scope of services.

Reservation and sales of air-tickets

The Company is one of the five leading travel agencies of Azerbaijan.Central Office of FAVORIT Travel fully meets international standards and has been accredited in International Air Transport Association IATA (code - 61-3 2065 2).All the agents of the Company on reserving and selling the air-tickets are certified specialists that have completed suitable training courses on international booking systems (Amadeus, Gabriel and Galileo). FAVORIT Travel is an official agent and serves all local and foreign companies accredited in Azerbaijan on reserving and selling the air-tickets.

Corporate Services

Azerbaijan Airlines, Lufthansa German Airlines, British Airways, Austrian Airlines, Turkish Airlines, Imair and other local and foreign airlines assigned FAVORIT Travel to be their agent on reserving and selling the air-tickets. This allows FAVORIT Travel offering its client’s air-tickets at price of airlines without adding market extra charge.Main targets of the Company when getting requests from corporate clients are: to perform a request during a short period of time and reduce travel budget of the client.

Highly experienced personnel and privilege fare (exclusive price, partner programs, voyage fare, etc) allow the Company to achieve the targeted goals and justify expectations of clients.The corporate department functioning in the Company is created to perform only the requests of permanent clients. For corporate clients the Company offers both corporate discounts and its own system of privilege service including bonus program, which is an opportunity to get a free ticket, free room in hotel, etc.

Work of FAVORIT Travel in organizing travel services is realized based on license No 002420 issued by Ministry of Tourism of Azerbaijan Republic.All agents working in Travel Department of the Company are certified specialists on reserving hotels all over the world, order of transfer, VIP services, rent of car, sales of tickets for sports and lots of other enterprises, etc.World-famous GTA system established in offices of FAVORIT Travel allows reserving more than 10 000 hotels all over the world representing corporate discounts.

This system allows to instantly select hotel in any part of the world taking into account needs of the customer for price, “stars” of the hotel, comfort, services offered by the hotel, location in the city, etc.Along with using GTA, a global system on reserving hotels, FAVORIT Travel actively uses direct contacts with hotels or travel operators allowing to offer the client a maximum possible choice of services and proposals in the market. Highly experienced travel managers not only perform the request of the client, but also offer alternative options to choose among offered tours.
