SEBA Azerbaijan-Korean Cultural Exchange Association Public Union.

SEBA realizes large-scale cultural exchange processes between Azerbaijan and Korea. During the existence years this non-governmental organization realized a number of cultural, scientific, medical, charitable, educational and other projects. The so-called projects were carried out to represent Korean culture in Azerbaijan and Azerbaijan culture in Korea as well. In the meantime SEBA Association takes part in the projects organized by Korea in different countries.
