Automatic Lines RPE

RPE “Automatis Lines” started operation in 1970 as Baku affiliate of VNIITelectromach (All Union Research Institute of Manufacturing Engineering) by the order of the Ex.Union Minister of Electrical Industry.In 1986 on its base was set up the Research Production Association “STATOR”. In 1989 the enterprise was subordinated to the Ex.Union Ministry of Electrical & Instrument Engineering Industry.From 1993 RPA “STATOR” continued operation within the system of the Special Engineering & Conversion Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic.In September 2006 by the Decree of the President of the Azerbaijan Republic the enterprise was subordinated to the Ministry of Defence Industry of the Azerbaijan Republic and renamed into RPE “Automatic Lines & Non-Standard Equipment”. Since 2008 it is operating as RPE “Automatic Lines”.

Possessing modern production facilities, processes & experienced highly trained personnel the enterprise could successfully assimilate production of:

• Discontinuous Rotation Mechanisms for Automatic Presses (Fergusson-type) to provide exact feeding of stamped material in automatic presses & other automatic equipment (for the first time in Europe)
• Automatic Lines for Longitudinal Cutting of Rolled Elect Steel (15% economy of material).
• Insulating anti-corrosion coatings of elect steels “Izort” & “Fenort

RPE “Automatic Lines” is a specialist in design & manufacture of special manufacturing equipment, automatic & mechanized systems and non-standard equipment for application in machine-building and other industries.The enterprise also designs & manufactures equipment & spare parts (dies, molds, etc ) for processing agricultural products
