Agency of state material reserves of Ministry of Emergency Cases

State Material Reserves Agency is an executive body participating in working out state policy and regulations in the field of stocking reserves for state, mobilization, emergency situations and food, carrying out management and control on state material reserves in this field, preparing proposals on volume, nomenclature and formation of state material reserves, carrying out operations of gathering, storage, protection, renewal, restoration and assignment of state material reserves, fulfilling tasks on international humanitarian aids.
